China Bing Optoelectronics plans to increase capital for subsidiaries to increase connector production capacity

Recently, China Bing Optoelectronics plans to join other natural person shareholders to increase capital of 25 million yuan for its subsidiary Taixing Hanglian Electric Connector Co., Ltd., and the company has subscribed for 12.75 million yuan. After the capital increase, Sinopodium Optoelectronics will still own 51% of the shares in Taixing Airline, and its shareholding ratio will remain unchanged. However, after the release of the announcement, S&P Optoelectronics dropped 7.17% in the evening.

It is reported that Taixing Airline’s total assets are 120 million yuan and its total liabilities are 38.52 million yuan. If the capital increase, the registered capital will increase to 59.18 million yuan. ZhongBing Optoelectronic hopes to be able to use the capital increase funds to carry out the construction of the plant and configure the relevant production and testing equipment. It is hoped that this will increase the scale of Taixing’s production capacity and can better cope with market demand and fierce competition.

It is expected that after the capital increase of Taixing Hanglian is completed, the scale of production capacity will be significantly increased and it will be able to produce more than 600,000 sets of electrical connectors per year.
